How do i fix this problem

ok i was able to host for about 2 weeks then after that amount of time ever since i got the message virtual memory low some applications may be denied acess.. i havent been able to host also i tryed down grading byond to fix prblem it didnt work can u tell me how to make virtual memory higher or somthing to let me host again plz help ty

Your virtual memory has nothing to do with it.
A firewall or router is likely blocking the connections. At any case, search the forum and site for this common problem.

how could that be if i was just hosting yesterday....and 2 weeks straight....ugh i spent a week trying to prtfordward this ad got it to work i dont wanna spend another week.......this just makes me want to quit byond all together....spent 2 months makin a original naruto game and can't freakin host it after 2 weeks of doing so...
