Sprite Icons

I found this icon i like but it is a sprite and i want to use it but i dont know how to make it a dmi file how do i

Put it in the photo editor of you choice(MS Paint FTW) and View >> Zoom >> Custom >> 800%
Then use the square cutting tool to cut out the 32*32 image you want, copy, paste into a DMI file. Edit to delete the background.
