Hosting Trouble

OK, I'm trying to host with Comcast Internet, I don't want to waste anymore time, so, question is:

Am I Able to host with comcast's internet? If so what Port and whatever Do I need to do?

Go to here.

Find the brand name of your router, then pick the model you have. Follow the instructions WORD FOR WORD and you should be able to host.
