Ultra safe mode, How do I remove it?

I am trying to delete the ultra safe mode that appears when I run my game it started happening because I hit clean compile, then closed and reopened my games files, this happened to me before and I got rid of it but I'm not sure how. Any ideas?

Oh I also forgot i'm not talking about the hosting ultra safe mode, its whenever I run the game it opens a window that says ultra safe mode, would you like blablabla to give you access to the rsc files.

Two ways this can happen:

1) Most likely, the directory where the dmb and rsc is does not have the same name (meaning that GameEx.dmb and GameEx.rsc are under/Project, it'll give that problem. If you want to fix it, rename the folder to match the name - /GameEx)

2) You are hosting under ultra safe mode

Again, I believe its #1

Stop making multiple threads. This is a forum, not a chatroom.

Why did you renamed a file? I mentioned to rename the folder.

Chances are that your renamed file is still in the game directory, just unchecked. Click refresh in the DM and recheck the file.
