Im trying to code in how to make the devil race to begin in hell when some one creates a devil.

If you've separate your races into different subtypes of mob it's pretty simple. You just have to edit the Login() for that subtype.

mob/my_devil_class
  Login()
    loc=locate(3,3,1)


Now just change 3,3,1 to the coordinates you want him sent to.

Have you uploaded it (the .zip file that is produced when you click package files in Dream Maker)? When I click to download it just sends me to your hub page.
