I read through a few guides but i really don't understand how to do it. I want this an icon that when you move:

If you move left the extra icon is above you
If you move right it's below you
If you move up it's on your right
and if you move down it's on your left.

How would i go about doing that? I really have no idea and any help will be greatly appreciated.
