Hey, I am having a hard time finding a good Icon artist. So to kind of fix the problem temporarily I am going to go ahead and start working on some things. Can anyone recommend any 'Free' programs that I could use, other then DM. Thanks.

GIMP 2.3 comes to mind as a good, free graphics program. Interestingly enough, Microsoft Paint is nice for doing non-transparent graphics. Dream Maker's own icon editor is also pretty nice for creating icons. All of these are free. Hopefully that will help unless you're talking about something else.
