Hi im making a Super smash bros. game because I saw that there is only 1 super smash game on BYOND and its never hosted,and I got the Battle System,But I need a jump system,maybe even double jump if you know how can you please post the code or info,thanks.

I never tried this, but I think I have an idea. Basically, you override the default for north or whatever you want to use as the jump macro. I just made this in life 2 seconds.

There's plenty of good jumping stuff on the forum and hub, of course custom ones are always welcomed :D |

Revo your code works perfect but....I dont understand how to fix this problem either my Map is a classic map and when you go up the character seems like hes flying and he doesnt go bak to the ground either,do you know any way to fix that?

Because you won't learn anything.
You should read the DM GUIDE it teaches you the basics something you need and teaches you how the code works. If your not going to bother learning it you won't get anywhere to fast although yes it is possible to code learning through demos and libs its just not preferred since yes the guide teaches you what everything does. See if you read a demo and/or lib that had while() you might not know what it is or does but since mostly every language has this you might already know but my point is the DM guide teaches you what it is and how to use it although you could always look it up in the DM Reference(F! in DreamMaker). And since this is the Developer How-To section of the forum we cannot help you since you have no code this isn't the Code Samples or Code Give Me It NOW section. |
