My question is how would someone send me money from their paypal and then for example in my game the player will become a subscriber automatic. I think in SilkWizard's game, prolieum, he made it so if someone sends him money from paypal for a subscription, they become subscribe and get all the special features right then and there.

Are Gambling games for real money legal on BYOND?

Online Gambling is now illegal in the States.

I do not think it is illegal in every state, but I may be wrong. But it is the users responsibility to obey the law or not.

Every state. Thats why there was a big hoo har about it, loads of gambling companies went down cause they had to start rejecting all US citizens.

Oh, I see, but still, not everyone is from America that uses BYOND. So my game could be intended for non Americans and it would be the players fault if they join and they are American, right?

Technically, but I think it'd still be illegal to have the program hosted on a US computer, although I'm not quite so sure on that, I don't know the legislation by heart, not my country.
