How can I make my icon bigger?

I made this Icon of Shukaku http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c51/lanzosakura/ MyShakuka.png but I want it alot bigger and that was as big as I could make it, how can I make it bigger?

Edit it in graphical programs like Photoshop, GIMP, ...

Or copy & paste it in Paint, then "Select" the picture, when Right Click > Stretch/Skewer. Then change the measurement percentages.

100% = 1x, 200% = 2x, 300% = 3x... etc.
