The transparency option for label elements had been removed from the skin editor, when it should have been removed from button elements instead.

This issue has been resolved.

Descriptive Problem Summary:
Skin label element used to have the transparent option available and working perfectly fine. After some update, the option dissapeared. I think it happened on 513.1529 when a "fix" that was supossed to remove the option for the button elements (that indeed shouldn't have it) actually didn't remove it. I think it removed the option for the wrong element.
