If possible, can anyone give me an example of how an ISP ban works?
or maybe explain how to make one?

It most likley is, why would you want to ban all of AOL, or MSN etc? Did you mean ISP? Also, you would have to have the ISPs list of active IPs... Which would be really hard to get o.o

Ah, I didn't actually mean to use ISP ban, but I wanted to see how to restrict large internet groups 'nd such. =o

Try banning 123. In most forums this would ban anyones IP beginning with 123.??????? Although, I don't know if this works with BYOND.

Crispy's fullban can ban an IP range, which would be 001.001.001.* or even *.*.*.*
If you banned 24.*.*.* or 69.*.*.* you would effectivly ban me and most RoadRunner customers. |

There isnt an ISP ban... You can IP ban, you can find a great example in Crispys Full Ban Library.
