Descriptive Problem Summary:

Connecting to an IRC server causes the following errors:
C:\Program Files (x86)\BYOND\cfg\irc.dms:108:error at 'server': unterminated or invalid embedded expression
C:\Program Files (x86)\BYOND\cfg\irc.dms:108:error at ']': statement syntax error

Note that the IRC client is completely functional, this just appears at the start when you connect.
