The League has been formed by Kanto's two most famous Professors, -Instert names of Professors-, made to act as a regulatory body throughout the region. Those interested in becoming Licensed Trainers with the League should seek them out. In addition, the two Official League Pokemon Gymnasiums are also open for business. Spring is almost over and Summer approaches, but why the sky is so cloudy?
Recent changes:
⊖Changed the way our lighting system works;
⊖Event Admins can now control and RP as wild pokémon, without being affected by the cap;
⊖Fixed some more minor wall collision bugs;
⊖Reduced Air Slash flinch ratio from 30 to 20%. (many complaints)
⊖Can't Move Specialize in Guillotine, Metronome nor Self-Destruct anymore;
⊖Increased a higher variation on letter Ratings (like F+,E-, E, E+ etc.);
⊖Added Ranger default Knowledge (Obtainable first by admin approval, then can be taught to newbie breeders with enough trpp.)
⊖Ranger knowledge lets you control wild pokémon that your trainer have wild friendship with, incase you just have one pokémon with you.
⊖Capturing a pokémon will reset their wild friendship;
⊖Wild Pokemon receive an extra amount of exp based off their wild friendship;
⊖You can control wild pokémon at any distance,
⊖You can control other wild pokémon using the location of the -on control- pokémon as reference;
⊖Gym Leaders can set up rules for the gym, (amount of used pokémon and required price to fight in that gym);
⊖Having higher League Ranking will affect (help) your gains toward the cap;
⊖Fixed a bug where you could turn while paralyzed;
⊖Fixed a bug where wild pidgeots had default fly perk
⊖Added Legendary Database (a way for admins to control and set dynamic evolutions, pseudo legendaries and legendary behaviors (read more at #devlog))
⊖Added the Ocean Route; (there are some openings at the ocean route where admins can expand the ocean routes and create more island at runtime, really usefull for the summer events);
⊖Added the Ferry Interiors;
⊖Added Ferry Routes (can also be changed at runtime and we can add new destinations for events etc);
⊖Changed Rank Systems (Now you can only get 1 Rank mechanically, getting more requires admin manual authorisation);
⊖Added TRPP Rewards (Admins can also remove TRPP for punishment, each usage maxes at -20/+20 and they are prompted globally, and are also logged on the admin help channel to prevent abuses);
⊖Illegal Arena Settings (Now we can have Illegal Arenas, where people can still compete and raise league ranking, but the money wont go to the league and mechanically counts as a criminal action; Illegal Gyms must be built in-game.)
⊖Remade Perk-Giving command (They are now dynamic, and can also be taught);
⊖Salary System (Now we should start with a lower salary base (1 instead of 20) the base salary can change with seasons;)
⊖Executives of Global Powers can increase other players Salary (They use both global potency and personal money to be able to raise someone's base salary);
⊖You can trigger a battle by double clicking a player; (This is usefull to avoid non-rp runners etc.)
⊖Made Moves learnpool doesn't reset on Season Change;
⊖Outrage uses now a charge;
⊖Thrash now can self confuse the user;
⊖Added new Move Aeroblast;
⊖Added new Move Sacred Fire;
⊖Added new Move Steel Wing;
⊖Added new Move Aura Sphere;
⊖Added a limit on the capture-rate (Before we could get 100% with a normal pokéball depending on power wall, now the highest we can get by power difference is 1.5x the item's base capture rate);

⊖Added Customizable Eggs by higher admins (with custom visuals, very usefull for events locked under legendary database etc);
