I need help making clothes that can help training. I want it to be so that if someone wears these clothes it will be like the gravitron in DBZ.

Do you want the person wearing weighted clothes to get small amounts of EXP over time while wearing the weighted clothes?
Do you want the person wearing weighted clothes to get small bonuses when they do anything that gives them EXP?
