He wrote an article on it for BYONDscape at http://www.byondscape.com/ascape.dmb/Nadrew.2003-1024/. It's a free read for those who don't believe in paying for education. ;p

The DMCGI library also comes with documentation that is very good. Make sure you have a strong grasp of HTMLlib for BYOND before you tackle DMCGI.
