Dantom.Host can do it. It reroutes the player to another game/world WITHOUT showing them the standard "Would you like to go there" message.

Is there a way so I could do this for my game(s)?

I'm pretty sure it can't be done, because we wouldn't want people to be able to force players into disconnecting and joining another world without getting their consent first.

Which should be changed, since there is little reason to give the player more control over that than the game creator. It will only reconnect you if the game creator wants it to obviously, and if that is so then the game has reason to do it. To be able to cancel such things as a player is silly, since there is no reason to do so.

Why wouldn't we want people(game developers) to be able to force players into disconnecting and joining another world without getting consent first? If it's a part of the game the player is playing, what's the problem just sending them off to wherever? If they don't like the idea of a multiple-world game, they can just close Dream Seeker and leave the game.

I'm guessing that Dantom.Host works because the worlds that it's redirecting to are child worlds that it started up itself.
