Ok I have made a Zelda game but I don't know what to type in Login URL and Download URL under publish .

Download URL is where you uploaded the game. Login URL is optional, and if you have a permanent server up, is where you'd put the URL of that.

Ok but when I host a game how do I get it to show up on the published game page ?

It'll only show up in Unpublished. To get it to show up in Published, you need to submit it to the proper channel to be reviewed.
