Need respawn for monsters based on time limit!please?

Yeah could someone help me figure out a proc to respawn the monsters in the world? or just link me to a demo or something, cause I really need something to respawn my monsters really really badly, thanks if you do give me one..
Yes I need one that spawns them based on a time limit..

Be specific. How do you want it done? Every 5 minutes respawn the monsters, or when they die? Or something else?

In the demo section there is a demo called spawn demo. It helped me get my both time and kill respawning of monsters.
