Help I need a startiting of a Battle system

Someone give me a starting of a battle system and then tell me to finish that battle system off, I need some tests. If you know where I can take DM tests for battle systems and procs and junk please tell me, (Like in the libraries or Demos or something..)

There are plenty of Demos, Librarys, and source codes that can get you through this problem.

On the left frame of this current website(if you don't know what left frame is then just look on the left side of the screen) and you'll see a Demos and Libraries section. It's really helpful. BYONDscape.com is also good.
