I've noticed that, while working on several PHP files at once, if the song I'm listening to at that moment is fast. I zoom away and generally don't stop until the song finishes (then wonder why I'm on the next song...). And if the music is slow, I tend to stop and think about what I'm doing and is there a better way.

So this flimsy pretext to test out Member Polls is, do you listen to music while Programming? If so, what do you listen to?

As for me, I listen to:
Hammerfall, Sonata Arctica, Stratovarius and King Diamond
Basshunter.
Mostly videogame stuff, geek that I am.
Whatever comes up in iTunes.
Definitely! Music is a must! I listen to just about anything (that's not country)...
I listen to whatever random songs are in my Counter-strike folder. The most funny part of it is that I recognise almost all of them being played in the background at Football games. I just heard one a few seconds ago on the superbowl.
Hollywood Undead usually. I tend to listen to mainly more fast-paced songs.
Haha, if you hover a link just right, it flips back and forth really fast.
I'm like a shark.
If I'm not listening to music at all times, I die.
I listen to ponx music.

oi oi oi!
Kevin Bloody Wilson, Korn, Metallica, Nirvana, The Vines, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osborn, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Weird Al all work a treat while programming for me.
Sonata Arctica and Stratovarius. gg. =D
I listen to spc files dumped from zsnes. Videogame music is designed to play over and over again with the player noticing and without taking attention away from the game. Sometimes I let "Mines of Narshe" play for almost a full hour before I realize it.

The great part about some spc players is that they allow you to mute channels, so you can listen to just the strings section, minus the cheezy wind effects used in the game.
I rarely listen to music when programming.
I listen to Three Days Grace (call it Emo music and I shall hunt you down and eat your eyes) i like three days grace

Van Halen
ACDC
KISS(They kick ass!)
Deep Purple
Led Zeppelin

Depends. Sometimes I'll listen to whatever I'm interested in at the time, but a lot of the time I listen to radiohead, especially some of their latest stuff. It's got enough electronic-like beats to keep you working, but at the same time is calm enough not to confuse or distract you.

I forgot about Stratovarius, add them to my list as well.
