Display Map in Browser

I need a live map in the browser to constantly refresh whenever something moves.. the only thing is.. LAG! >.<
I have no way of doing this (Ive done it with symbols but I didnt like it..) I need the actual icons in the browser

Well, as long as the icons themselves don't change, you shouldn't need to worry about the lag of sending icons to the clients. However, the browser doesn't refeash quickly as you said. Why would you do this anyway? Just an original idea?

nvm.. that projects dumped.. I was going to make a browser based game.. but I fount a better way of doing it XD

too bad- a browser-based RPG with BYOND as the back engine would be cool. Since there are Javascript controls for moving objects/icons/images around, you could have done that instead of refreshing the browser. :p
