I think you're a little too quick to blame the problem on something without looking at all the facts, and way too quick to format your hard drive. If you had to format your drive 10 times in 2 years, the problem is you. (Hardware can be an issue too, but that's still no reason to format 5 times a year.) Rarely should a system need measures that extreme.

A little more proficiency with computers could go a long way for you. Learn more about your operating system and how to head off problems like this before they start. Operating system decay can be kept to a bare minimum. And if it can't, and it gets to the point where you have to format your drive, and that happens more than once, it's time to consult some people who really know what they're doing who can help you fix the problems you develop.

Your problem is definitely not BYOND; its ability to pull down your whole system is a billion to zero. The only reasonable explanation for going 73 days between formats is computer illiteracy, probably on the part of several people using the computer.

Your computer was uncessessfully shut down.
Safe Mode
Last Settings
Run normall

and when I tried all of the options it just shut itself down
.< So there was NOTHING I could do

I once re-formatted a computer and re-installed windows 98 about 8 times in a week. Hard drive controller was failing. :)
Well, I re-installed windows 98 about 8 times, and reformatted it a couple.
