Basically I was wondering how I would get someone to stop selling my game.
I let FallenShadow keep the game(http://developer.byond.com/hub/FallenShadow/MetroidArena , http://developer.byond.com/hub/FallenShadow/Metroid-Arena) on the hub, but now he's started to sell it, which wasn't part of the thing that I said (he could keep the game up).
What do you suggest I do?

EDIT: Come to think of it, is there anything I CAN do?
My original game was a Fangame, after all.

It's not illegal to sell fangames, it's illegal to sell copyrighted material without permission. Fangames usually fall under that category, though.

In other words legally sold fangames are the exception, not the rule. If someone could show us documentation that they were allowed to charge or ask donations for a fan game, it'd be another story. 2. Its against hub rules to sell or destribute someone else's game without permission. Report to a moderator.
3. Its illegal to sell fangames, period. Doing so, he stands a chance of being removed from BYOND.
