Gaining powers

Hi, how can i make it so mobs gain certain powers/attacks at a certain level?

you need to read the tutorials and libraries and such until you get a grasp of how to code... then you will know the answers to your own questions :)
and if after reading the tutorials and such you don't understand anything... then come back :)
