I need help on my game

I need to make some gm verbs, like boot, and teleport, to any area i choose, stuff like that. And i need to know how to make it so only GM charachters look different. So players can't just impersonnate a gm. And some coding for more gm verbs would be nice as well...

i also need to know how to make an ingame training sysytem for people so they can pay money to train. and so they can take up multiple professions. I will have a armorer skill carpentry skill and brickmason skill. Along with wepon type skills and armor type skills, i know this is alot but it will be as expansive as i can make it. plz help.

Ummm... i just need to know how, u dont have to put the codes down, i just thought it would be a nice gesture, and if my game was succesful, i would remeber all that helped
