Look on the demos/libraries page, theres afew good ones there, which shouldnt need much editing.

You could use:
Deadron.Character Handling its a library. It saves all the PC mobs vars and things, and you can set how many characters a certain PC can have. | |
Well..there is no "The Save Code" (Sounds kind of like the cheat from Homestarrunner @_@) but I fell the best way to learn saving/loading is to read Chapter 12 in the BYOND Blue Book, that's how I learned.
