HTMLlib complications

I'm using HTMLlib to handle forms in BYOND. However, I am currently aiming to make a system where forms can be created on the fly--any number of inputs, elements, etc might be present. I've been told by people who've used the library for awhile that it's probably possible to do this, but I need some help on what to do and where to look.
