ok when i want my game to stay on the hub, it dont stay!

It stayed until i changed my zip package in my hub, i put in Dragonballqonquest.dmb, and Dragonballqonquest.rsc, that wut i was told to put in, well i had it so you cant use speedbags and alot of other stuff, and so now i fixed them and i want it so when other ppl run there pwn game they can use all the new stuff too, but they can only use it when i run the game off my comp, from the dm file, how do i update it so that ppl when they run there own game, they get all the new updates?
