Pushing up Mobs

I noticed some time ago that at Dragon Warrior Legacy And Dragon Warrior Online v2 have pushed up mobs. Does anybody know how to push one up?

Pushed up? You mean move their icons? To move their icons, adjust the pixel_x and pixel_y values of them.
