how do you make a perm server

I am stuck on making a main server and nobody i knows how 2 make them.

You just have to host it all the time. Either that or find someone else to host it for you.

If you mean like on DB Zeta K'ros Trikare PAID for the server. There are many different ones he used xidus.net. Not thr best server but reletivly cheap. But you can either host it from your computer 24/7 or pay for it but you don't "make" a permanet server.
