The PBJ recipe is flat out wrong.
1. The jelly goes directly on top of the peanut butter. DO NOT spread it on the second piece of bread! This is important for #2. 2. The second piece of bread should be used to wipe off the knife, both after spreading the peanut butter, and after spreading the jelly.
