That's what I was thinking, but you see, I don't have any ideas for it.

ANY?! I want to do a medieval RPG at last resort. Maybe you should consider gameplay mechanics and a setting will come out of them. Regardless of setting if your game just boils down to killing one group of monster until a certain level, followed by another, then another, etc. You'll end up with the same boring game despite setting. |

Good idea. Thats sort of the reason I wanted to stay away from Medieval style, because most(almost all of them) have monsters you kill until a certian level.

Yes. A coloization-of-planets RPG would be interesting. You know, kill da aliens, build a mansion with available resources, the use a starship to go between worlds.It is better in my imagination than it sounds in print tho...
