I have an idea for a game that I am going to make if it has not already been done a thousand times.

The overall concept sounds good and nearly every round sounds like it would be fun and possible to implement with the current state of BYOND, except for a multi-player FPS. Sure they've been done but till more player handling can be done client side I think the general consensus would be forget about it and go 3rd person.

The HUB could use some more tournament based games with well advertised set schedules. Hope to see this project available for play sometime in the future.

Yea, I had heard the FPS's don't work well, but I think I may try one anyway, using a HUD...

I was planning on running it 1-2 nights a week, with a set time period. How many players do you think each tournament should hold?

Forgot to mention one more thing, once you're out of the tournament, you don't get to play again until everyone else has played that's on the join list... still figuring out the details... so there really is an incentive to win. But don't worry, there will be a demo thing to practice your skills.
