Today, I tryed someone's fan game based on Yu-Gi-Oh, and it was terrible. Everything about it was inaccurate except for the card names and characters.
If you are planing to make a game based on this show/game, please make it correctly.
-Use everything in the rule book.
-Make sure you have most of the cards ready before release.
--Including effects and the such
-Remember you need a 40+ deck of cards to play.
--No more than 3 of each card.
---Also remember the restricted list.

Well, I would hope they would make one off of the game.
The show really has no orginization or strict rules to play, and if someone was to make a game of this it could be won quickly and without strategy. My completion to the statement "To all of you making a Yu-Gi-Oh fan game" would be "...make your own darned game and leave cheesy marketting schemes at the door". =P
