Im trying to add some more icons, codes, etc. but it says "Out of Memory" what is this and how can i fix it?

Have you tried rebooting your computer, sometimes depending on how many files you have in your game, you'll run out of memory.

Do you happen to have a low 'amount' of RAM (memory) installed in your computer ? O_o
Might be a problem in Dream Maker, a memory leak. Do you have lots of programs open when this error occurs? Try to close most other programs, have only Dream Maker open.
