Email confirm mail not getting send.

I am trying to make a BYOND account for my friend, but no email is being send to him. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Let's run through a couple basics first:

- Make sure you're typing in the e-mail correctly. I know, stupid advice, but it's worth double-checking.
- Make sure your friend is checking the spam folder in their e-mail. I can assure you BYOND isn't spam, but sometimes e-mail services think it is!

If this continues to be a problem, consider having your friend create a new e-mail under a different service. I personally use Gmail and it works perfectly fine.
