Dead Rising: Is this a glitch or did I do something wrong?

I'm playing Dead Rising, completed all the cases, and I go to the Helipad, wait until 12:00 noon on day 3, and then I get ending C instead of Ending A (which requirements I completed: Completing all cases and making it to the helipad) Anybody know how I missed the helicopter and got ending C?

You need to talk to Isabella at 10 am on the third day as well.

I did. I think I missed it because I was looking at my watch just as it turned 12
