To The BYOND Staff (And The BYOND Staff Only)
While purchasing a BYOND Membership, I had used Paypal to buy and used the eCheck option. Unfortunately it wasn't until afterwards did I realize that it required 3-5 days to complete. I was more so wishing for instant gratification and accidentally sent $18 extra to your email [email protected]. The money has been successfully sent, however now I am in a predicament. If you would be so kind as to instate my Membership of 1 year and void the eCheck payment I requested to you, it would save me a lot of grief. I do not wish to purchase more memberships or donate to BYOND at this time. I have other things that require such funds and don't have enough to toss around on a whim.
I dearly apologize for the inconvenience that has occurred and hope you amend the problem quickly.
