If I remove the copyrighted content from my game will I be allowed to have a hub on BYOND? That's legal right?

The game had Funimation copyrighted material. But now it doesn't. The name and everything is changed.

I noticed DBZ Heroes United (Now Celestial Chaos Adventures) by Falacy removed its copyrighted material and now has a hub. So it's fine right?
