Can't join games

I try to join a game but it keeps saying BYOND Central is not accessible. Can someone please help me with this?
Btw i downloaded the latest version of BYOND.

Edit: It takes a lot of time to click join until finally the game opens but normally it won't..This is becoming a problem :(

If you downloaded an upgrade recently, your problem is almost certainly being caused by a firewall. Many firewalls are configured to only allow certain programs to use the Internet. This isn't a bad thing, but those same programs usually are set to look for changes to those programs by using an MD5 hash or something similar. If that's the case, you have to turn that feature off for every program in the BYOND suite. (Be sure to do this for all firewalls, including the built-in Windows firewall if it's active.)
