Hello, i would like to suggest some ideas to do the DMI editor better, i might be posting this on the wrong guild or section if so please let me know.

Here are my suggestions:

-Needs moar layers

-Editting files bigger than 32x32.

-Free select tool/lasso.

-Spline Curve tool.

-Grid tool.

Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.us

NOTE: You guys shall add a help button (F1) to link you to the Pixel Art Society .

If i made any typo please let me know, by the way.

-Danny Kenobi.
I am just suggesting, i am a pixel artist, and i don't personally use DM(Dream Maker) for annythiing!, it needs more features, it's too hard to use, mainly when i want to do a curve line and use the lasso tool.

No offence, but it isn't really too hard to make a curve smaller than 32 pixels. I don't think the addition of a curve tool is so important for such small images.

Personally,I think the DMI editor is pretty much spot on as far as editing/creating icons goes. It is the only program I use aside from using MSpaint to do bigger things.

If you're using Adobe to create "pixel art" then you might be going about it the wrong way as some feel that using brushes disqualifies the piece as "pixel art". Just throwing that out there.
That box there is to show the 32x32 frame you're working on. If you want to see how it looks in animation, click the back button. Making that box animated there, probably only serves to hinder the creation process, because you can only see the frame once every [fame_delay].
