New icon options.

New icon variables in 4.0 would be nice..

The abiity to change this in game would be nice :-).

Also, what I really would like, is an option to set the icon state of an icon, but also the frame of that icon state.

Like..

You can accomplish the same visual effect for now by using icon/Insert function. Create a new icon object and insert the specific frame as a still icon state.

Still, it would be nice to be able to do it without creating a seperate icon object.
