No, but you can always convert mp3s with Audacity into another format that BYOND supports (like .ogg or .mod).

Audacity doesn't support Mod formats, and there's no way to convert MP3 or Ogg into a Mod format any more than there is to convert them to MIDI. (The programs used to attempt wav-to-MIDI translation have been poor at best.) With different programs you can convert MIDI to Mod, though not vice-versa. [edit] I should add that converting .mp3 to .ogg is going to cause further signal degredation, as both are lossy formats. You're better off converting the original sound from .wav format. Of course if you can use a Mod file (particularly .oxm), so much the better; they can play for much longer because they store only the instrument samples and the notes played. Lummox JR |
