More like the tip of the century, when was the last tip been updated or atleast randomized? ;)

Though I do admit most of the time announcing something before it even starts does kill the motivation :(

I think Dan/Tom once ignored the tip, and told someone of plans to make a new one. As the tip says, bad idea. ;)
