I dunno if this is the right place for this question but I sent my friend the referal bonus getting the byond membership and he hasn't recieved it yet. So we were just wondering if it was just taking a while to process the bonus or if I gave it to the wrong person. And in the event of me giving it to the wrong person, what we could do about it.

It takes 14 days for the credit to appear - mostly to ensure that there are no problems with the order, or that the buyer doesn't immediately request a refund. We should document this somewhere.
