All of the senior coders (and those willingly to help) would help creating this 'game'.
It'd basically store the BYOND community. The site can be adapted to allow the game to be a different color (+bold).

The purpose of this game would be to include a small helping booth, a 'shopping area', and an area where players can show off.

The helping booth and the shopping area would basically sit down and ask questions to other coders and community members.

The purpose of the shopping area is to get rid of all icon trading games. You can trade your icons there, and, with all of the Gurus united, they could make ways so that you couldn't try to abuse the system.
There'd be about 9 tiles of space which would be marked as a showing off area (see below).

A showing off area would basically be a small area you could enter. Inside this area, you have the ability to change your icon. (Perhaps a way so that you can't use invisible icons but you can use semi-invisible ones, or such?)
Purpose of that area would be to..well...show off!
"Merchants" would use these to show their icon(s) before selling.

Could go well with a PayPal system, but, well, nothing is good enough. =)
Funny...you complain about all of the dragonball z games, what about the Icon Chatter's games? Also, why would the Guru's trade icons...wouldn't you think it would be better to open a tutoring thing for the guru's and then charge. There have been many programming help things here...and they failed terribly.

The forums work well because the "Gurus" don't have 24/7 (well, maybe the Chatters frequenting ones do) to spend on BYOND.
Your idea is great. The only snag is the infinite amount of free time on all gurus' parts required for you to implement it. If you can figure out how to make computer copies of all our brains, I think you've got a shot at this. I don't think the research on the subject is quite there yet, but you could win the Nobel prize if you're the first to succeed in it. Good luck.

With respect, this captures your essence- allowing the one thing you say 90% of the time to be displayed to any newbie wanting information. And, to be more efficient, it tells EVERYONE, just to reinforce it.
