How do I set up a dedicated server for my game so It's up all the time? I have a web page I could upload it to and host it from. Will that work?

Nope, sorry! :(

You can either,

A) Set up your own PC (if you have broadband internet) to stay on and host your game, or

B) Pay monthly for a dedicated server

B is generally godawful expensive, so many folks prefer option A.

You gotta make sure you can host first >.> Contact your ISP...don't waste hundred's of dollars to find out you can't host >.>
