How do i make something on the hub so others can dl it???

i can't make it so any of my code snippets or icons for sale can be dled, i have taken them off the hub, mostly, i NEED HELP PLZ!!!!!!!!

Click on Publish Games on the left menu.

Upload a zip package containing a DME file and all of your icons. Be sure to specify the hub entry as a "DM library or resource for inclusion in other projects".
