Dream Deploy is the program used by Dream Maker to package a game's resource files into a downloadable zipfile.

wait....its for packaging your games? how do you use it? ive been using winzip this whole time...

It's automatically used by Dream Maker. Go to Build->Package Files and follow the instructions.
